What the form collects

Your name, company, email address and the number of sites you run, all of which you type in yourself. Role, lines per site and telephone number are optional. Nothing else is gathered, and there is no hidden field that collects anything about you.

Why we ask for it

To answer your enquiry and to arrange a walkthrough. The number of sites tells us whether FlowBridge suits your estate before we take up your time. We do not use these details for anything else, and we do not sell them or pass them to anyone for their own marketing.

Our lawful basis

Legitimate interests. You have asked a supplier about a product and we are replying, which is what you would expect us to do with the details you sent. If the conversation moves towards an order, we also rely on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. You can object to us holding your details at any time and we will stop.

Where it goes

To i-Keg Limited, who make FlowBridge and who are responsible for your details. The form sends what you typed straight to i-Keg's enquiry system, where their team picks it up and replies to you. Nothing is copied to a marketing list and no automated decision is made about you.

Who else handles it

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc, so your enquiry passes through their servers on its way to i-Keg. Vercel is based in the United States, which means your details leave the UK, and they handle them under the data protection terms in their agreement with us. Nobody else is involved.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry for as long as we are talking to each other about FlowBridge, and for up to twenty four months after we last hear from you, in case you come back to us. After that we delete it. Ask us to delete your details sooner and we will.

Tracking

There is none. No analytics, no advertising, no third-party scripts, and one cookie that only records whether you have dismissed the cookie notice.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, ask for a copy, or object to us holding it. Write to the address below or use the email on this page and we will answer within one month. If we do not put something right, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this notice

If what we do with your details changes, we will update this page and change the date at the top. We will not quietly start doing something with your enquiry that this page does not describe.

Who is responsible
