For brewers

From fill to tap.

FlowBridge is part of our wider ecosystem, designed to track kegs and casks from the moment they are filled through to the tap.

Visibility outside the brewery

Your assets leave the yard and, usually, your sight. Our system gives you visibility of them once they are out there, helping you:

  • Track kegs and casks in the market
  • See where your beer is being sold
  • Understand what beers are selling and where
  • Monitor stock levels outside the brewery
  • Know where your kegs and casks are located
  • Help secure and recover your assets
  • Build a clearer picture of your distribution network

From fill to tap, FlowBridge gives you greater visibility and control over your beer and your assets.

How your beer is being looked after

A brand is judged at the tap, not at the brewery gate. Where FlowBridge is fitted, you can see how your beer is being kept and served in the venues pouring it.

  • Served at the right temperature

Beer temperature is taken at the tap, every hour, on every line. Warm serves show up as a number rather than as a complaint about your brand.

  • Poured through clean lines

A clean leaves its own signature in the flow, so likely cleaning events are identified and the record builds itself.

  • Selling at the rate you expect

Volume dispensed on every line, hour by hour, so a tap that has quietly stopped moving is visible while there is still something to do about it.

The life of a cask, recorded

Every container carries its own history, from the day it was filled to the day it comes back to you.

  • Filled, tapped, off serve

Brew date, packaging date and contents at one end, tapped date and off serve date at the other, so ullage and age at the tap stop being guesswork.

  • Volume left in returns

Estimated remaining volume in casks coming back, which is the number duty reclaim depends on and the one most often estimated by eye.

  • A full history per container

Location, movement and temperature over the container's life, which is also what makes maintenance scheduling something you can plan rather than react to.

Questions we get asked

Does it work with cask as well as keg?
Yes. Cask carries its own history, from brew and packaging dates through to tapped and off serve, along with estimated volume remaining in returns.
